conclusion of a contract / corrective action

Ordering our products is a proposition. Agreement of sale is reached with our acceptance of this proposition or latest by shipping the ordered product.

Minimum age requirements for orders is 18 years+

Orders are correct when all fields in the order form marked with an * (asterix) are filled in.

Missing or blank fields in the order form or other problems with your order can generate an error message.

Before the final step of purchasing our customers have the possibility to review their purchases and change them.

Detailed information regarding their purchase is provided to our customers during the ordering process.

Once an order is completed our customers are informed by an info tab reading “your order is completed and ready for shipping”

This is not an agreement of sale.

When an order is placed we send a message confirming this order to the email address provided by the customer.

contract retention

The agreement of sale is stored with us. When logging into your account on our website the agreement of sale can be retrieved in the menu points “my account” and “my orders”.

If the customer wants to print his agreement of sale he can do so here.

customer commitment to agreement of sales

Customers are bound to an agreement of sale 3 days after placing an order.

entry of order

We will notify customers that we have received their order immediately by sending an acknowledgement of receipt.

denial of order

If we have problems processing an order we notify our customers immediately by sending an email.

time of delivery

If not specifically arranged otherwise we will deliver 1-3 days after an agreement of sale has been reached.

If the order is not denied immediately we will deliver 1-3 days after reaching an agreement of sale.

prices

Our retail prices do not include the costs for shipping and handling. Our retail prices include a flat rate shipping and handling charge of € 6.

Purchases of € 29,70 and above are free of the shipping and handling charge for our customers.

Customers have to carry all costs associated with import, export, toll regulations, taxes, tariffs and similar charges when delivering to non EWR countries.

cancellation / time of payment

If not explicitly arranged otherwise the price of the order including shipping and handling charges is to be paid in full not longer than 14 days after receiving the order and invoice.

warranty

In addition to standard legal warranty we provide a 2 year limited warranty. This limited warranty extends to the nikoblue rechargable battery and the usb adapter plug only.

In this period faulty devices that qualify within the limited warranty will be replaced free of charge.

Customers have to pay all costs of shipping and handling.

The legal warranty is not affected by this.

non warranty clause for ordinary negligence

Claims for damages caused by ordinary negligence are excluded from our limited warranty. This is not the case for damage caused to persons or damage caused to incurred property or product liability claims.

receipt of payment

The relevant time for payments is the date they arrive on one of our bank accounts.

Prices include all taxes including purchase tax and dues.

Our prices do not include shipping and handling. Our Prices include a flat rate for shipping and handling of € 6,00.

risk assumption

In the absence of diverging agreements the risk of transportation lies with the customer.

In case of late payments we reserve the right to apply force of conditional sale.

Force of conditional sale is not a withdrawal from contract unless we explicitly agree.
