After review of your claim we will send you a replacement battery promptly.

There are special guarantee arrangements for the following products: REVOLT and POWERBOX V2

You will have a 12 month guarantee on your nikoBlue Revolt battery or Powerbox V2 (if you can provide proof of purchase)

Within 3 months of purchase:

You can exchange it for another free model

Between 3 and 6 months of purchase:

You can exchange it for another model in return for a contribution of € 12,--

Between 6 and 12 months after purchase:

You can exchange it for another model in return for a contribution of 20,--

Damage caused by the customer is excluded from this guarantee.
